Clear handling of your information.
This notice covers author onboarding, manuscript storage, private project dashboards, and contact enquiries.
Effective July 14, 2026
Who is responsible
OriginAI Publishing is the operating name of OrigInAI Publishing, Corp—the legal name as filed—a Delaware corporation responsible for the information described in this notice. Privacy and project requests may be sent to submissions@originaipublishing.com. Its registered office is 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware 19808.
What we collect
We collect the name and email you provide, book and rights information, source and target languages, selected publishing formats, the manuscript file, technical upload and security-review metadata, the Author Terms version and acceptance record, email-delivery records, recovery-code status, and project events. Contact enquiries are stored separately. Recovery codes are stored only as one-way hashes.
Why we collect it
We use this information to create and operate the project, confirm rights and readiness, deliver the selected publishing scope, send access and terms receipts, recover private dashboard access, request approvals, report results, protect the service, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell author or manuscript information.
Manuscript storage
Manuscripts are stored in a private OriginAI Cloudflare R2 bucket. New files enter a non-public quarantine path for technical and malware review before any production use. Access is limited to the systems and people involved in intake, production, quality review, security, or legal compliance. Files are treated as confidential project material.
Private dashboard access and email
The dashboard uses a high-entropy private access token stored on your device. Keep the private dashboard link and access receipt confidential. OriginAI stores a one-way hash of the token rather than the token itself. Cloudflare Email Service delivers project receipts and one-time recovery codes. A recovery code expires after 15 minutes, may be tried no more than five times, and rotates the dashboard key after successful verification.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides website delivery, bot protection, private storage, database, and transactional email infrastructure. Google Analytics provides limited, cookieless site measurement. OriginAI may use additional production specialists and systems only as needed for an accepted project scope and subject to appropriate access restrictions.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics in a limited, cookieless configuration to measure broad site and onboarding interactions. Names, email addresses, manuscript titles, filenames, manuscript contents, rights details, and dashboard tokens are not sent to analytics. Analytics is not loaded on the private project dashboard.
Retention
We keep active project records and files for the life of the project and for a reasonable period afterward for payments, accounting, rights administration, security, legal compliance, and dispute handling. A project closed before production may be deleted sooner. Recovery codes expire after 15 minutes; only their hashes and security/audit status remain in the project system. Backup and platform-retention cycles may delay final deletion.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting submissions@originaipublishing.com. Some records may be retained where required for contract, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or legal reasons.
Changes
We may update this notice as the service develops. The effective date identifies the current version. The Author Terms version accepted for an existing project is recorded separately.
