What we collect
We collect the contact, project, rights, manuscript-status, audience, format, synopsis, and service-interest information you choose to submit. Do not submit confidential manuscript text through the assessment form.
Why we collect it
We use the information to evaluate publishing fit, rights readiness, production scope, and an appropriate next step. We do not sell assessment information.
Analytics
Assessment content, names, and email addresses are not sent as analytics event properties. We may measure page visits, assessment starts, and completed submissions without including the submitted text.
Storage and access
Assessment submissions are stored in OriginAI’s Cloudflare environment and are limited to people operating the publishing assessment workflow. We retain unsuccessful assessment records only as long as reasonably needed for evaluation, follow-up, compliance, and dispute handling.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting submissions@originaipublishing.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal or security reasons.
Changes
We may update this notice as the intake workflow develops. The effective date above identifies the current version.
